　　本片根據(jù)真實(shí)歷史事件改編。　　1971年，黑人激進(jìn)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)邁克爾X因販毒被控告，但因他一年前取得了英國(guó)皇室成員瑪格麗特公主的私密照片并以此要挾官方而被開釋。英國(guó)軍情五處工作人員提姆（Richard Lintern 飾）受命取回收藏在倫敦某銀行的這批照片。　　提姆物色到販毒女子瑪婷（Saffron Burrows 飾），要挾她搶劫銀行來為自己取得照片。瑪婷很快同以泰瑞（Jason Statham 飾）為首的幾個(gè)半職業(yè)罪犯或新人組成了計(jì)劃挖地道劫掠保險(xiǎn)庫(kù)的團(tuán)伙。　　泰瑞等人如愿將保險(xiǎn)庫(kù)洗劫，但贓物卻讓他們坐立不安：涉及皇室成員的私密照片、銀行家行賄官員的賬本、高官們不可告人的齷齪愛好……由于一位無線電愛好者無意間聽到了他們作案時(shí)的對(duì)話內(nèi)容，此案掀起軒然大波，泰瑞等人陷入了各種勢(shì)力爭(zhēng)奪的中心，他只能借助手上的證據(jù)苦苦周旋……
