飛賊趙飛入大理國幸得九龍杯，獻給靈山姥姥修煉神功。此事令大理國國王非常不悅，遂令御前侍衛(wèi)虎魁取回九龍杯，但虎魁確為趙飛所傷，臨死前遇書生時云生，遂請其代尋義兄龍魁為他報仇。時云生隨同尋到之龍魁一起上靈山，巧遇姥姥之徒，各發(fā)展出一段感情。不料，確讓姥姥得知時云生為其仇家，欲殺其報仇，但時云生得到姥姥徒兒圣女之助，服下神丹，功力大增，殺死姥姥，奪回九龍杯
