Ay?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 　　2029年，韓國載人飛船“探月號”出發前往月球，即將產生第二個成功登月的國家，任務備受全世界矚目。然而“探月號”不幸遇上太陽黑子爆發所引致的太陽風暴，發生嚴重意外，宇航員黃善宇（都暻秀 飾）成為“探月號”的唯一幸存者。為了營救流浪月球的黃善宇，隱居小白山天文臺的前載人飛船飛行總監金載國（薛景求 飾），加入了救援行動，同時韓國政府亦要求美國太空總署（NASA）的總監尹文英（金喜愛 飾）及月球門戶太空站介入協助，但卻一直遇上重重阻撓。載人飛船的燃料將近耗盡，氧氣亦正在倒數，再加上流星雨撞擊與月震，被孤立在38.4萬公里以外月球上的宇航員黃善宇，個人的一小步也足以令全球人類緊張屏息，到底營救行動會如何發展？

　　本片講述了主人公蘇爾因醉酒的一張自拍在網上瘋狂流傳后被取消享有獎學金的資格，她的任課教師也受其牽連，并怒斥蘇爾。但蘇爾對于醉酒的當晚發生的事情毫無記憶。于是，她開始向朋友尋求幫助以究其原委。
