　　《東京少年》的姊妹篇，同樣以“無法有結(jié)果的戀情”為主題。　　2008年的東京少女未步（夏帆 飾）的夢想是成為一名奇幻小說家，這天和母親以及母親的情人在餐廳用餐，對母親準備再婚一事十分排斥的未步憤而離席。　　1912年，宮田時次郎（佐野和真 飾）再次被夏目漱石退稿，缺乏生活經(jīng)驗的他寫作出來的小說缺乏打動人心的力量。他沮喪地拿著退稿離開出版社。　　突然發(fā)生地震，站立不穩(wěn)的未步失手掉了手機，從樓梯墜入連接過去與未來的蟲洞，被時次郎拾得。　　不可思議地，相隔幾近一百年的兩個人，由誤會到了解，漸漸情愫暗生，彼此傾訴生活中遭遇的問題，還異時空約會。但是身處未來的未步總是知道歷史的發(fā)生，而當她想改變時，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)一切只是無能為力。但是即便不能改變命運，也仍有真愛留低。

　　In a small rural community local police officers Zoe and Patrick begin their shift as normal but it soon becomes clear that something is wrong. Strange events unfold before their eyes, residents begin behaving strangely and mass suicide panic spreads amongst the community they are trying to protect. Zoe and Patrick realise they are under siege from alien machines as they become cut off from the outside world. They are forced to do battle against these uninvited visitors. With the help of some of the residents Zoe and Patrick begin unravelling the mystery and soon discover it is not all as it seems.
